Stuart Halper and Gregory Cohen launched Impact Real Estate Management in 1997. Their goal was to provide better service than what was then offered by other management companies. Since then, they’ve been bringing service, integrity, and warmth to their work in real estate management. Together with their team, they’ve handled a range of challenges including properties experiencing financial turmoil. With their broad experience, Impact’s founders restored these properties to health and prosperity.
Stuart and Greg bring their unique skills to every property they manage. Stuart Halper is a licensed Attorney in New York State and New Jersey, as well as a licensed real estate broker. Gregory Cohen has spent decades building expertise in management technology and best practices. Both are always available to clients, both boards and owners.
